The ‘Imagine un Monde’ association was created by the constituent general meeting of 2 January 2024 and is registered under number W762012020 – Siret 924 633 548 00012 – Le Havre (France).
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, known as the L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter the ‘User’, to the imagineunmonde.org website, hereinafter the ‘Website’, are hereby informed of the present legal notice.
Connection to and browsing of the Website by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of these legal notices.
They can be accessed on the Website under the heading ‘Legal information’.
ARTICLE 1 – THE PUBLISHER

ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS TO THE SITE
The Site is accessible at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruptions that may result from maintenance requirements.
In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher may not be held liable.
ARTICLE 4 – DATA COLLECTION
The Site ensures that the User’s personal data is collected and processed with respect for privacy in accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
