Imagine un Monde is an association under the law of 1901 created on 2 January 2024

The purpose of « Imagine un Monde » association is :
To work by all means for peace and fraternity in the world.
In particular, to welcome and sail together on a schooner ‘Imagine un Monde’, young people committed to peace or refugees from conflict zones or countries in tension, whether political, ethnic or religious. Young people whom circumstances should oppose.
To get these young people to work together on a message of peace that they will deliver to the media and to governing bodies such as the UN or the G20, or any other conference.
The schooner ‘Imagine a World’ could be present at events such as the start of transatlantic races or maritime events.
Organise conferences, debates, press releases and broadcasts with sponsoring personalities, and local sailings on the schooner ‘Imagine un Monde’, as well as fraternity concerts with singers and artists from all horizons.

The message of peace conveyed by Imagine un Monde is apolitical and neutral.
The young people who design and deliver these messages come from territories or situations of tension or war. However, their messages do not take sides, do not support political causes and do not denounce responsibility for conflicts.
Independence
Imagine un Monde is independent and does not accept any funding from governments, political parties, institutions or associations involved in political demands or actions, companies involved in economic activities in war zones, or arms companies, in France or from foreign countries..
Transparency
Transparency towards donors and members is a fundamental principle in the management of an association that appeals to the generosity of the public.
The right to have access to the association’s accounts satisfies the principles of democratic operation and transparency of associative groups.
Article 1 of the law of 1 July 1901 defines the association as an agreement subject to the general principles of law applicable to contracts and obligations. The duty of information and loyalty between the co-contracting parties, i.e. the members of the same association, included in these principles, is therefore applicable.
